STAMPlorations Perfect Pairs: Party and Wishes

 Hello and welcome!
Have you seen the August release at STAMPlorations?
It's called Perfect Pairs. It's a combination of a sentiment
stamp and small background stamp. There's also
coordinating ephemera cuts that go, well, perfectly with
the set, that you can also purchase!

I'm using the Party and Wishes set along with the Ephemera cuts.
For my first card, I stamped the background stamp in a zig zag
pattern using similar ink colors that matched that party hat.
(Because being me, I find CAS cards hard to make.
All that white space! But I tried! LOL!) I tore a strip of
white cardstock, stamped the sentiment at the bottom,
and adhered that and the party hat onto my card base.
So, this probably took about 10-12 minutes to make.
That's really good for me, as my cards usually take at
least 2-3 hours to make. 😁

For my second card, I masked off an area on my card base, and
stamped the background stamp on a diagonal then removed the
mask. I masked off part of the sentiment stamp and stamped
just the word Celebrate in the bottom right. I added gold Stickles
over all the sprinkles on the cupcake and once dry, adhered
with foam squares. Not including the drying time for the Stickles,
this came together in about 5-6 minutes. A record for me!!

STAMPlorations Simple Expressions: Believe

Hello crafty friends and welcome!
I have a couple more cards showcasing the new
I created a kit, pairing this with the

(This post contains affiliate links, at no additional cost to you!)

I first die cut one of the ATC's using the Circles All Over texture plate
then added a black cardstock matte. I used a paper strip from the
Industrial Patchwork Collage Paper for my first layer, then the matted
ATC. I triple die cut the bird images, stacked and glued them together
from the For the Birds die set. The last layer is my stamped sentiment,
using black ink for the outline and gray ink for the solid part.
I love the mix of using dark gray and black cardstock with the brighter patterns
from the paper and ATC!

On my second card, I picked a green striped ATC from the
same package and die cut it using the Curly Labels/Tags Nesting dies,
then stamped the sentiment. To make the matte for it, I simply traced the die
onto black cardstock and fussy cut. The background panel is made
by blending two different colors of green ink onto the
Christmas Tree 1 stencil then die cutting it using one of the dies

The words of encouragement are all so wonderful, and I hope
you love them as much as I do! You can check out the entire
Simple Expressions line here. You can also create your own kit

STAMPlorations Simple Expressions: Glow

 Hello and welcome!
I'm delighted to be showcasing another stamp set using
You can also create a custom kit, so I paired this

Here's the first card I made:

These card fronts are GORGEOUS! I simply tore all the edges and
matted on dark gray cardstock. I used coordinating inks to
stamp the sentiment and added a scattering of sequins to finish.

For my second card, I stamped the sentiment again in
coordinating colors onto a strip of white cardstock, matted
and glued it to the card front. I used a fancy corner rounder on
the corners for some extra interest. After adhering onto the
card base using foam squares, I used glitter glue over the
butterfly's body and antennas.

Of course, with my crack photography skills, you can't see
the sparkle on that butterfly, but trust me, she does
indeed, sparkle and glow!

I love this sentiment, and it's just one of 18 new
word stamps that are so uplifting and encouraging.
You can check all of them out here. If you choose to create a
kit using an item from the Paper Goods section, you'll receive
40% off that item, details here.

a great sentiment was added.

Another sentiment on the inside finishes my card.
