Hello and welcome friends!
As you may have already heard, the crafting community lost a
creative soul the end of last month. Our very own
Lindsey, lost her courageous battle with cancer.
In honor of our friend and teammate, we at
A Tiny Craft (ATC) Challenge invite you to
visit Lindsey's blog and create an Artist Trading Card or Coin,
inspired by a project that Lindsey made.
When looking back over her blog, I immediately knew that
I was going to CASE these artist trading cards that she made back
in February. Here is a photo of Lindsey's ATC's:
Here are the ATC's I created:
I had this cactus plant stamp set that was the perfect size for my ATC's.
Lindsey had a die that she cut the notebook page from, using watercolor paper.
She then water colored her images. I used a border punch then used a stitched border die
along the edge. I stamped and colored the images with my Spectrum Noir markers,
then die cut them and adhered with foam squares.
I shopped my stash for various bling to finish the cards.
Lindsey was a master at the CAS style (clean and simple), so this was
kind of hard for me to recreate, as I love to throw almost
everything but the kitchen sink onto my projects.
Here are some close ups:
I do hope that you find some time to peruse Lindsey's blog
and create something that was inspired by one for her
amazing projects. We'd love to see what you create
linked up at A Tiny Craft (ATC) Challenge.
Thank you for visiting. I hope that you have a good day.
