Hello and welcome!
In an attempt at ignoring the
winter storm that will hit us tomorrow,
I've created yet another bird card.
(I'm doing my part to manifest Spring!)
I purchased this stamp and die set last year when it was
released in April...and am only now using it.
(I'm sure I'm not the only one who buys crafty stuff
but takes forever to use them. Right?
Anyone? *Crickets chirping*)
Anyway, my card is loosely based off the current
Freshly Made Sketches #720. (The smaller circle element
being the two flying birds) The branch was added because, well,
I needed it to hang the birdfeeder. 😄
I'll add this to the NBUS #82 challenge since I
just cracked the packaging open on the stamp set.
That's it for now. Back to making birthday cards. LOL!
Thanks for visiting. Please stay safe, especially if you're
in the path of this winter storm!

I am so worried about everyone on the other side of the Rockies and I hope you don't lose power there, Chrispy. Your sweet bluebirds at the feeder are just the medicine everyone needs during this bitter winter! I think it's a terrific take on the sketch!
ReplyDeleteThank you for encouraging everyone to use their NBUS! As for your question, if we are all honest you would be hearing a roar - not crickets!😂Hugs, Darnell
Such a fabulous take on the sketch! Great card.
ReplyDeleteReally cute! I purchased that set for the Create With Me- started the class and never finished! I at least need to finish. Great take on the sketch too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card! Wonderful design and use of the sketch! Your coloring is so good! Thank you for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches.
ReplyDeleteThis feeder is just adorable (and looks like mine that was busy leading up to the storm). Such fun for the sketch. So glad you joined us this week at FMS!
