...and neither do I.
Hello there crafty peeps! I've had some time to finally
sit and play in my craft room. I got all
the gifts bought, wrapped and sent out to my
family. The Christmas cards addressed and sent.
(no telling when any of that will actually arrive).
Did some Christmas cookie baking....and eating.
I'm afraid to get on the scale. LOL!
Anyway, here's a card I put together the other day,
but just getting around to posting about it:
Here's the inside:
This is Bernie. As I've said, he doesn't look
overly fond of the cold weather. LOL!
I've used a bunch of different shades of blue and green,
die cut and stacked the sentiment, then added
Nuvo glitter drops over that and the pom poms on his hat.
I'd like to enter this at:

Oh is he ever darling and I feel the same as he does about cold weather I complain when it's in the low 60's. LOL Your coloring is top notch Chris! I love the mix of papers too! All in all one terrific card! Merry Christmas and thanks for playing along at Color Hues!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Bernie--not a fan of cold weather, but he is certainly adorable. Your coloring is fabulous and the mix of patterned papers makes a great background! Thanks for joining us at Color Hues!
ReplyDeleteGreat use of those strips of DP to make Bernie's background. I agree cold and sleety snow is not my fave but some is in the forecast for Christmas here in the UK.I can just about cope with deep and crisp and even if I'm not going anywhere! Thanks for sharing at Color Hues. :)
ReplyDeleteSo adorable fabulous use of scraps, I must try that, the owl is really decked out and not happy about the sleet/snow/cold. as always awesome colouring and design.Shopping done, tree up village almost set up on the shelves under the tv, but not the Christmas in the City firehall it was too tall. Mincemeat tarts will be made later this week. Now time to clean and relax.
ReplyDeleteHe may not like the cold but he makes an adorably cute card! SO well done, I love the patterned papers add bit of sparkle. A fresh and festive take on the blues and greens!
