Good morning friends and welcome!
We have a new challenge starting at SHOPPING OUR STASH:
Is It Summer Yet?!
We are looking for anything summer related on your projects.
I played with some tiny neglected stamps and used my
wreath builder template to make this cute card:
Summer means warm weather, flowers, bees buzzing and butterflies fluttering by to me.
Some of the images were stamped with colored inks, others I colored in
using my Spectrum Noir markers. Even the yellow background
paper has tiny little suns all over it! The butterflies and bees were
winked by Stella for a little shimmer.
I used a simple birthday sentiment to finish the inside:
I hope you get the chance to play along at Shopping Our Stash this
fortnight. We'd love to see your projects in our gallery.
Thanks for visiting. Have a wonderful day!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, so summer-like. lots of fiddly work on it too. I like the simple inside sentiment with the busy front.
ReplyDeletelove this missus... fab use of the wreath builder as well! ♥
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhh I love love love this...the bright colours, the gorgeous wreath and of course the teeny tiny bees!
ReplyDeleteYou really used the wreath builder to perfection on this! Especially when combining so many different stamp sets. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteChris, I've always been curious about those wreath builder thingies, and judging by your beautiful card, they are simply fabulous to create these lovely images.
ReplyDeleteI love the fresh Spring colors on each layer and those teeny tiny bees are just the perfect finishing touch.
I think I'm going to invest in one of these templates, they look like they are fun to use.
