Hello and happy Tuesday to you!
It's time for a new challenge at
We are celebrating our 400th challenge!
Woo Hoo!
And how are we celebrating? By having a
Christmas in July challenge. HA!!
Also, since we are in a festive mood, some of the design team
will be offering blog candy on their own blogs to a lucky commenter, myself included.
My offering is a brand new 24pc set of Derwent
Inktense Blocks!
(I ordered a set last year, was sent two sets but only charged for one.
Their mishap is your possible gain!)
So onto my card. I shopped my hoarded Christmas stash and finally used
the last ornament stickers from a package. Yay!
and the inside:
I used traditional colors paired with an old world look for this one.
But then, I decided to make another card:
and the inside:
For this one, I decided on some fun, non-traditional colors, and used
a gift builder die as my focal image. I gave the ribbon a liberal coating of
my Wink of Stella pen, but of course, with my crack photography skillz,
you can't see it at all. LOL!
We hope that you'll help us celebrate our 400th challenge at
Shopping Our Stash and play along. For a chance at my prize offering,
simply click over on the right to follow my blog, (if you aren't already
following), and leave me a comment! The winner will be randomly chosen from
all commenters/followers.

Thanks for visiting. Have a fantastic day!

loooooooooooooove those amazing baubles... so fancy and elegant! btw, happy 400th! ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteThose baubles are fabulous and the present die is super. Happy 400th.
ReplyDeleteI love how you made two very different but equally awesome cards! The ornament one is very classy with the ornaments, G45 (yay) patterned paper and scripty inside sentiment, while the present card is bright and fun and eye-popping! Also, thanks for adding them to ABC Christmas Challenges!
ReplyDeleteSuper cards - and isn't it satisfying when you finish the last item from a pack. Even if the satisfaction is immediately followed by a sadness that you don't have said item any more!
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely Christmas card.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at ABC Christmas challenge

How fun to make such different designs...one traditional and one whimsical and modern! Had to laugh at your excitement over using up the last of a sticker sheet...I so get it!
ReplyDeleteNew follower here, and I really love that fun card with the BIG pink gift! Pink and polka dots are big in our house, lol!
ReplyDeleteTwo fabulous cards! I like the first the best with those fun ornaments and traditional colors, but the second one is really fun with the non-traditional colors! And yeay for using up a package of stickers!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards! It does feel good sometimes to finish a package of supplies. I love the pastel colors you chose for the whimsical gift!
ReplyDeleteI love both those cards. I'm terrible at finishing the inside of my cards as I make them. I should follow your lead and finish the insides this weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe ornament card is really quite elegant with the beautiful ornaments (I still have some stickers that I should raid, too; lol). I knew the 2nd card was Stamplorations immediately! I have that stencil, but haven't used it... what's wrong with me?! lol It's a pretty card, Chris. tfs!
ReplyDeleteLove how you used the upcycled stickers, wow! And the pink gift makes me smile, so cute!
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards!! I esp love the one with the beautifully elegant ornament stickers! I have stickers in my stash, too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the chance to win your generous blog candy!
