SHOPPING OUR STASH #377 - Shaped Cards

Hello and happy Tuesday friends!
This week at SHOPPING OUR STASH we are looking for
shaped cards!
* Just keep in mind that square, rectangle, circle and oval cards
are NOT allowed! *
Yep, we want you to think
outside the, well, box, and create something outside your comfort zone.
(This IS a challenge blog, after all. LOL!)
I searched 'shaped card templates' on the Google and found so
many cute ideas! I was looking for something relatively easy so I went
with this mitten card:

Here's the inside:

I really shopped my stash for this card. The DP I used I've had for
at least 6 years, along with that cute snowflake sticker and rhinestone.
Even the stamps have been in my stash for a couple years.

I hope you can join us this week for our shaped card challenge at
Shopping Our Stash! We'd love to see what you come up with. Need
more ideas? Simply check out the amazing creations by my teammies!
Thanks for visiting, and I hope you have a great day!

  1. Hello Chris: Your mitten card is awesome, looks so warm and beautiful, the knitted DSP is just perfect and your "mystery" embossed paper adds even more realistic charm to this sweet card.
I personally love mittens vs. gloves for the Winter, I think my hands stay warmer with all my fingers together than each finger inside it's own space, but that's just me, LOL!!
    Awesome card Chris.

PS. I forgot to add the link to the video tutorial to create this card when I wrote my post, I apologize, it's there now so I hope you stop by and check it out, this lady explains the process really well.

  4. This is so cute! I love the look of mittens! OMG, wouldn't it be cute hanging on display? Great job using your stash! That white paper is so cool the way it resembles fur. Is that the *mystery* paper?😂

adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
