Nosferatu Birthday Wishes

Hiya crafty friends! I just wanted to pop in here and share a birthday card I made for my brother's fiance'. She's super cool, loves goth, and collects skulls. (Not real ones....I hope! LOL!)

 Here's the inside:

I stamped the pile of bones and Nossy a few times using my MISTI, to get a really dark impression. I stamped him strategically in the middle to make it look like he's standing knee deep in the pile. I inked the edges using Gathered Twigs & Black Soot Distress Inks then splattered water over the panel, blotting off the water after about 10 seconds. I stamped a grunge image randomly around the edges in red ink, then roughed up the edges with a distressing tool. I fussy cut a party hat from some scrap paper and added a rhinestone on the tip. The inside sentiment was computer generated, then I sponged more distress ink around the edges before adhering to the card.

That's it for now. Guess I should go and do some housework. Ugh!! Thanks for visiting. I hope you have a great day!

I'd like to enter this at Viva Las Vegas Stamps January challenge
