JUST US GIRLS #319 - Trend Week

Hello and welcome! It's Trend Week at JUST US GIRLS! Maria is your hostess and she's picked a major trend: Water coloring! Here's my card:

 and the inside:

I bought this stamp a few months ago, but this is the first time it saw ink. The rectangle die is new to me also. (Yay me, using my schtuff!) I needed inspiration to color this, so I Googled the stamp and wah-la! Colored images appeared! I sort of cased the coloring of one of the cards, sorry but I don't know who made it originally. The orangey sunset and the purple mountains grabbed my attention and I just had to try that out! I don't have water colors, but I do have Marvy Uchida markers, and that's what I used. I might go back over the snow with some crystal Stickles for some extra shimmer. The green card stock I used for the rectangle die is shimmery, but it's hard to see in my pic. Trust me, it's there. ☺

So, ready to try out your water coloring skilz? (Hey, if I can do it, so can you! LOL!) Just link up your project at Just Us Girls so we can see it. While there, please check out the awesome goodies the DT and our Guest Designer, Louise Hodge, have made, and leave them some love on theirs blogs.

FOR OCTOBER & NOVEMBER ONLY: If you win Chic of the Week in any of our October or November challenges, you are in the running to be chosen as one of two Guest Designers for the month of January 2016! The Team will be taking a two week break in December, and therefore, will not have a Guest Designer for December.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, and I hope you have a great day!

adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
