JUST US GIRLS #306 - Color Week

Hello and happy Saturday to you! Ina is your hostess for Color Week at JUST US GIRLS, and she's picked a fantastic color combination for you to create with: Red, Black, and Grey! Here's my take on this color scheme:

 And the inside:

I could have die cut that fancy flower frame out of red card stock also fussy cut and paper pieced the flowers over the white. But noooooo, I had to go over all the flowers with a Versa Mark pen, and emboss them with red glittery embossing powder....twice! (Because the first go around didn't get very good coverage.) I stamped and embossed the sentiment, then glued the flower frame on. I finished with some tiny rhinestones on the larger flowers because: bling!

This is such a fun color combination, I hope you have fun making something with it! Just link up your card or project at Just Us Girls! While there, please visit the blogs of the other ladies, and our August Guest Designer - Karen Bourke, and leave some love! Remember that if you are picked as Chic of the Week for any of our August challenges, you'll be in the running to be our Guest Designer for the month of October! Now go and have some crafty fun! Thanks for stopping by!
