I'm sharing yet another Christmas card:

This was a rather quick card for me to make, sort of.
I die cut the main panel from a stitched rectangle die, then
gold heat embossed the sentiment and image onto it
before adhering with foam squares onto the card base.

Another sentiment finishes the inside:

The challenge at Christmas Kickstart #92 is called Wise Men Three,
so that's where I'll be entering this at.

Thanks for visiting. Have a great day!

Gold Glitzy Snowflake

 Hello crafty friends and welcome!
In my effort to crank out Christmas cards,
here's yet another card that I've made:

I die cut the snowflake from some holographic gold
paper that I've had forever. It looks really cool when you
move the card around. I kept the snowflake theme by
using a snowflake cover plate on the back panel.
I even rummaged in my stash for some blue
rhinestones to glue to the center. 😊

I heat embossed the sentiment in gold, die cut it, and
glued to the panel. Another sentiment finishes the inside.

Because I had all the materials out, I made a few more:

I'm playing along with the current challenge at Just Us Girls
which is a color challenge this week: gold, white & blue.

Thanks for visiting. I hope you have a great day!

Here's a card that I've been working on for a couple days

I love all the die cuts and how this came out.
But wow, that was a lot of die cutting! LOL!

The reason it took me so long to make this?
I made four of them!

Did I mention it was a lot of die cutting? 😉

I thought, this panel needs a dinosaur. LOL!
I added a snarky sentiment and there ya go!

Everything just paired so well together. 😆
The inside is finished with a simple sentiment:

A little birdie told me...

 ...that it's your birthday!
Hello and welcome, crafty friends.
Here's another card I'd like to share with you:

I love the versatility of this bird die. I used a few shades
of teal ink to blend all the bits then assembled them.
Admittedly, this is a recent purchase, but I've paired it
with items in my stash, ranging from a few years ago
(the sentiments and stitched circle die)
to 2012 (the paper and lacey circle die).

Anther sentiment on the inside finishes this card:

There are a few challenges I'd like to enter this at:

Quilled flower birthday card

 Hello and welcome!
I'm popping in at the last minute
with a card I just made:

This came together rather quickly, which is rare for me,
as I usually take hours if not days to make a card.
The background is stenciled using an olive and a
mustard-y looking butterscotch ink

I went through my ever-growing UFO pile,
(Un-Finished Objects) and came upon
these quilled pieces I made years ago and never used.
They were all white, but I used the same inks to
color them.

All I added was a few rhinestones to finish the front.
Another sentiment was added to the inside:

The latest Color Hues challenge calls for, you guessed it,
olive and mustard, two great fall colors, so I'll be
entering this card there.

Thanks for visiting. Have a great rest of your day!

'Tis the season

 Hello and welcome!
In my last post, I used this
adorable sweater wearing moose.
I had so much fun with it that
I made a couple more cards using it:

This time, I grunged it up some. Once I blended the stenciled
backgrounds, I added some Vintage Photo Distress Ink around the edges
then splattered both black and white paint on them.

Here's the inside:

Both cards are very similar. I just flipped the colors and
used two different die cut sentiments.

There's a few challenges out there that I'd like to enter:

That's all I have for now. I'm still in Christmas card
making mode, so you'll probably be seeing more of
those here. LOL!

Merry Christmoose

 Happy Tuesday, friends, and welcome!
I'm playing with some new to me
goodies, and here's a card I created with them:

The moment I saw this sweater wearing moose die,
I knew I needed to have it! LOL!
OMG, the cuteness!!!
I die cut everything from white cardstock, then used
various inks to blend the different pieces. The same pink
ink on the sweater was used to stencil the background.

I still had the be merry die out on my desk, so I used
it again. A simple sentiment finishes the inside:

One of my Snarky Sistahs, Jules, was in town visiting family.
She discovered a paper crafting store not too far away, so
we got together and made a road trip up there.
We were like two kids in a candy store! LOL!

What an adorable shop! It's only about 1-1/2 hours
away from where I live, so I will definitely be
visiting again!

I'm entering this card at Jingle Belles, where the challenge
is Pink Christmas (for the cure). It's Breast Cancer Awareness
Month, and each year at this time, these awesome ladies, Lauren
and Stephanie, each donate $2 for each predominantly pink Christmas
card entered!

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great rest of your day!
