Hello there!
I am back from my trip home to Illinois and
have a card to share. I made this right before
I left but didn't have time to blog about
it until now.
This is about as CAS as I get. I love layers too much on my cards. LOL!
The butterflies were die cut out of white cardstock then color blended.
Since the die debossed the bigger areas, I had the idea to very carefully
swipe my black ink pad over the pieces. I did get some ink on some
of the colorful areas but decided that I liked the grungy look. I used
a white Gelly Roll pen to color in the white spots.
I used a linen background stamp for the main panel before adhering
the butterflies and die cut stamped sentiment.
Another sentiment finishes the inside.
I have just enough time to enter this at Seize the Birthday #320.
Thanks for visiting! Have a great day!
