I tried rock dotting for the first time

The last few months, I've been stalking, I mean, looking into videos on dotting rocks.
I've been slowly accruing the required items: dotting tools, paint, rocks, and
finally decided to stop procrastinating and actually paint some.
I found this tutorial and thought I'd give it a go.
Here's what I made:


 In the video, she added tiny white dots between all the colored ones. I
didn't want to screw up the design any more than I did, so opted to
leave the white dots out. Some close-ups:









 My plan from the start was to distribute these around the neighborhood,
to be found by observant people. On the bottom of the rocks I added affirmative notes.


I had so much fun painting these! Now I'm off to find another 
pattern to paint. ☺

  2. Fabulous job, love them, do you have a rock page in your cite? We have one in woodstock on FB Woodstock Rocks there are many "rock" pages, you ind the rock and relocate it for someone else to find, yours would relocated to my house if I saw them.
