Happy Saturday to you and welcome! Maria is your hostess this week for Word Week at JUST US GIRLS, and she's picked the perfect word: SUMMER! So what does that word call to mind when you read it? The beach? Family vacations? Visits to the zoo? Ice cream? For me, one thing that really signals that summer has really started is hearing the ice cream truck going around the neighborhood, so that was my inspiration:
Isn't that the cutest ice cream truck? I can't believe this is the first time it's seen ink! I used the now ended FMS#242 sketch for my card. The truck is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. I lucked out with finding a strip of patterned paper that had many of the colors I used to color the truck. Bonus!

Aw, this is adorable! Love that little truck and love the sentiment, and your design is fabulous. I so love the sunburst you put behind the truck. Makes me think of a sunny day, and that ice cream truck music blaring! ;)
