Creepy, kooky, freaky, spooky

Hello and welcome!
It's been some time since I've posted anything.
Lots happening this month. First, I got the
worst case of food poisoning I've ever had.
It took 1-1/2 weeks to finally get over it,
with a trip to Urgent Care thrown in.
Then we drove home to visit family in Illinois
and Wisconsin for a couple weeks.
Now we are home and I'm back to making cards.
For this card, I used an image that I colored when
we were up in Wisconsin visiting my MIL.

I brought a bunch of images to color with my
Prisma Color pencils. The pencils are much easier
to haul cross country than my markers.
(But I do often haul the markers. I was just lazy)

To make the clear bottle pop more, I did use a
Spectrum Noir marker (LG1) to color the background.
The sentiment is from Tim Holtz's Small Talk Occasions
sticker pad. A stamped sentiment finishes the inside.

I'd like to enter this at the Paper Players #757 challenge.

Thanks for visiting. Have a wonderful day!

SISTERHOOD OF SNARKY STAMPERS #266 F is for Finally Fall

Hello and welcome snarky peeps!
Isn't this graphic by Sister Lee absolutely amazing?!!!
It's time for another fun challenge at the
This month, we'd like to see your Fall themed projects!
Here's what I came up with:

No snark this time, but I did add a punny sentiment. 😁
I tried that technique that I keep seeing on Simon Says Stamp,
where you blend color on the debossed side of cardstock embossed
with an embossing folder, then swipe a black ink pad over the whole
panel to fill in the background.
This is what it looked like before swiping the black ink pad over it:

That adorable mouse was hard to see with the busy background,
so I used a strip of the same green cardstock as my card base,
and embossed it (debossed?), lining it up with the colored panel
to keep the design flowing. Make sense?

Another sentiment finishes the inside:

I hope that you find some time this month to play along in
our Fall challenge at the
