SHOPPING OUR STASH! #203 - Play Misty For Me

Good Morning all! It's time for a new challenge at SHOPPING OUR STASH! This week we'd like you to break out your spray mists! Don't have any? No problem - just make your own! That's what I did:

 here's the inside:

I do have about 12 bottles of spray mist, but not in the colors I wanted to use. I took a couple Distress Inks and, one at a time, smooshed them on my craft mat, sprayed water over the ink and sucked up the mess with a paint brush. Then I just randomly flicked the brush to get the splotches on the card stock. Once dry, I assembled my card. (And covering up the panel I just made.) *facepalm* No worries, I had extra left so I used it on the inside of my card. You can see it much better there.

Want to play along? Of course you do! Just link up your card or project at Shopping Our Stash so we can see it! While there, please check out the amazing things my talented teammates created for your viewing pleasure and leave them some bloggy love! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day!

  1. I absolutely love the splatters! It's such an easy trick, and adds such random cool texture to a project. LOVE that you added a panel of splatter to the inside. I wouldn't think of that, and it is such an extra bit of unexpected fun!
