SHOPPING OUR STASH #453 - Summer Lovin'

Hello and good Tuesday morning, crafty friends!
The new challenge at SHOPPING OUR STASH has
started, and the SOS Crew are looking for all the things you
love about summer!

Here's my take on the challenge:

I shopped my stash and discovered this square block cutting plate by
Taylored Expressions I purchased at least two years ago, and yes,
it's the first time using it. Better late than never.
It even comes with those smaller wavy die cuts for each of the larger blocks!
I cut the die from white heavy weight card stock. I colored the frame with a blue marker.
On two of them, I used some ancient vellum stickers, (the sentiments).
On the others, I sponged a couple DI's onto the panels,
then splattered them with white paint. I die cut
the flip flops and sun from scraps of card stock, assembled and adhered to
the block frame. I found some flamingo Washi tape in my stash that
fit perfectly over the one skinny long strip. As a final touch, I added some
insanely tiny sequins to the flip flops and another onto the center of the sun.

I hope that you'll join us in our Summer Lovin' challenge at
Shopping Our Stash! For more ideas, please do check out

adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
