SHOPPING OUR STASH #297 Tie One On

Hiya crafty peeps and welcome!
This week at SHOPPING OUR STASH, for our new challenge: Tie One On,
we'd like to see ribbon, twine, cord, seam binding, floss, etc. on
your cards or projects.
Here's what I made for the challenge:

 and the inside:

Using ornaments I made back from this post, I made a very colorful Christmas card. (I think this may be the 3rd one so far this year. I'm sooooo far behind!) I used silver floss to hang my ornaments from.

I hope you find some time this week to play along at Shopping Our Stash! I'd love to see your
take on the challenge. Need more ideas? Then do yourself a favor and visit the blogs of
my talented teammates, and please leave them some bloggy love!

Thanks for visiting!

  1. Beautiful card, Chris! That embossed background is a terrific complement to the ornaments. I'm fond of non-traditional colors in holiday cards. Way to go with that silver string! Was that hard to do?

Love the elegant feel of this card, the non traditional color combination is rich and fabulous for a Christmas card, must pin this and, with your permission, CASE it too.

  9. Chris, I thought you'd at least make a wine-related card with ribbon, you know, for the full impact of the challenge name! But wow, instead you make this beauty! (You're three ahead of me on the Christmas card-making front, btw...)

adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
