SISTERHOOD OF SNARKY STAMPERS #83 - Y is for Yippee

Yippee!!
It's time to celebrate with the
What does that mean? Well, we want to see your
CONGRATULATIONS CARDS OR PROJECTS!

Here's what I came up with:

 and the inside:

I got inky again using my Magenta dye powders in turquoise and royal blue.
After heat embossing the image and sentiment in white, I sprinkled on the powders,
spritzed with a water mister, and watched the magic happen!

Here's a close up of the yumminess:

On the inside, I heat embossed the congrats in silver EP.
I know what you're thinking: Where's the snark?

Well, if you made something as pretty as this (IMHO), would
you ruin it with snark? I didn't think so either. LOL!

Now it's your turn to make a congrats themed card or project. It's graduation season.
What better way to crank out a card or six? Just be sure to link up at the
Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers so we can admire it!
Need more ideas? Then check out what my Sisters, and our

Thanks for popping by. Have a fantastic day!

STAMPlorations Theme & Sketch Challenge reminder

Hello peeps!
Just giving you a reminder about
that will end on the 30th. But, you still have plenty of time
to link up your card or project!

Here's what I made using just the theme:

 and the inside:

I started with the Bloom Factory ARTplorations stencil, inking it directly
using a few different color ink pads, spritzing with water, then laying my panel down
on top of the inky mess. Once that dried, I used a few of the flower stamps from
the Bloom Factory stamp set, and stamped over about 5 of the stenciled flowers.
I die cut all sides using the postage stamp die from the CUTplorations Art Edges die set.
Both sentiments were from the Fond Expressions stamp set. Once I tied the twine around
the panel, I adhered with foam tape. I stamped and die cut the butterflies from
I went over the butterflies with a Wink of Stella pen to add some subtle shimmer, and once
dry, adhered with glue dots.

I can't wait to see what you come up with for the challenge!
Thanks for visiting, and I hope that you have a wonderful day!

STAMPlorations Things with Wings Spring hop reminder

Hello crafty peeps!
I'm popping in to remind you about
which is in full swing and is ongoing until April 30th!
Come join the fun! Perhaps you'll be one of the
lucky winners of fabulous stamps, dies, or gift certificates!

Here's what I made this time around:

and the inside of my card:

I had fun getting inky again. I started by inking the Shower of Flutters stencil with
teal, green, and purple inks, spritzing with water, then laying my panel on top of the stencil
to soak up all that inky goodness. I also splattered the same colors over the panel with watered
down ink and a toothbrush. I stamped over some of the butterflies using images from the
Trendy Butterflies set, along with some of the sentiments. On the inside, I glued
the leftover frame from the main panel and stamped a sentiment
from the Faerie Door set.

Ready to spread your wings and play along? (LOL! Pun totally intended!)
Just link up your winged project at STAMPlorations for a chance at winning
some sweet prizes!

Sketch Saturday #459

Hello and welcome crafty peeps!
I'm back guest designing at
Here is this week's sketch, #459:
This week's sponsor is
Star Stampz, and her Etsy store
has some fabulous digi stamps!

The one I've used for my card is called
Gotta catch 'em all Pokemon:

I've colored this cutie with Spectrum Noir markers, and added a panel of colorful geometric
paper behind the image. The smiley face emoji (which was gifted to me by my
Snarky Sister Donna) seemed to go perfectly with
this anime style character.

The Pokemon ball (is it a ball? I've never watched the cartoon so I'm clueless. LOL!)
and stars were given some Diamond Stickles for sparkle.

This was such a great sketch to work with. I'm sure you'll feel the same way!
I hope that you find some time to play along at Sketch Saturday this week!

Thanks for visiting!
Hugs!
