Celebrate the season

Hello and good Wednesday afternoon to you all! I want to share a card I made for both Merry Monday #122 and the Deconstructed Sketch #164:

 and the inside:

I used a NBUS poinsettia die that I just purchased last week. I took a little road trip to the only LSS near me, which was a 45 minute drive. (I have a Michael's, Jo-Anne's and an AC Moore all within a 15 minute drive or less from my house, and because of convenience, that's where I mostly go. I also shop on line every so often. But, I needed to take the road trip to see all the new goodies they had! ☺

Except for the card base, I used scraps for all the layers and flower. Bonus! For the little tab, I used a bit of scrap paper and the Fiskars bracket border punch, added a tiny sticker sentiment, trimmed to size and adhered to the back of the gold panel. On the inside beige panel, I took my silver Clear Snap ink to the edges before adhering to the gold panel.

Here are the challenge graphics for your viewing pleasure:

Ok, I'm off to enter these challenges now! You still have a bit of time to enter them yourselves, if you so desire! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!

Chris
