Waving Hello.../RS#57

Good Morning and happy Tuesday! I thought for sure Spring was finally here. We've been enjoying warmer weather these last few days, but that didn't last. We are back in the 30's this morning. BLEH!!! So, to give Spring a not too subtle nudge, I made a card that is all about warm weather. This is based off the Retro Sketches #57 sketch:

Here is the sketch:


Except for swapping out one of the larger rectangles for a sailboat, I stuck to the sketch pretty closely. I made the white wave paper using the wave stamp in the set and three different colors of ink. The sailboat is paper pieced using bits of scrap paper. I even Googled how to tie that knot in the cord! LOL!

Ink: Memento - Gray Flannel, Teal Zeal, Nautical Blue, Tuxedo Black
Adhesives: SA by 3L - MyStik, 3D foam squares; Elmer's extra strength glue stick
Accessories: Grand Calibur; Cuttlebug Charles EF; Darice cord; Marvy Uchida markers; Fiskars corner rounder
